Our products, including the downloadable eBook available through this website, are classified as non-tangible, digital goods, which means we do not offer returns or refunds once a purchase is completed and the product is accessed.

Please Note:

•  All sales are final.
• Once your payment is processed and the download link is provided, the transaction is considered complete and non-refundable.
• If you encounter technical issues with downloading your eBook, please reach out to us within 7 days of purchase.

We May Consider a Refund If:

• You were mistakenly charged more than once for the same product.
• You did not receive your download link and have contacted us within 7 days of purchase.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@boldleadership.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
